How We Ship
All American Coastal Living products are printed on demand through our partner Printful and shipped directly to you. This means every item is made specifically for your order β no excess inventory, no waste.

Production Time
Because every item is made to order, please allow 2β5 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is coming soon. All prices are in USD.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
- 1.Email us at support@americancoastalliving.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2.We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
- 3.Pack your items securely and drop off at any USPS location.
- 4.Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3β5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, hats and headwear that have been worn are not eligible for return. Sale items marked as final sale are also not returnable.
Wrong Item or Defect?
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we'll make it right immediately at no cost to you. Just email us with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement right away.
