These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of americancoastalliving.com and any purchases you make from American Coastal Living, a brand of Flying And Dining, LLC. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including after confirmation, for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will not be charged for a cancelled order.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
All products are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds
Our full return and exchange policy is described on our Shipping & Returns page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs — is the property of Flying And Dining, LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flying And Dining, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
